ST. LOUIS - Two collections of firefighting artifacts, first at St. Louis Fire Department
Headquarters and Museum, 1421 N. Jefferson Avenue. The curator is department historian Bob Pauley. The
collection includes fire marks, fire insurance signs, and firefighting equipment and memorabilia from
the Morton T. Werner Collection, on permanent loan from The Missouri History Museum. The second
collection is at Fire Station 1, 2910 S. Jefferson Avenue, in a converted locker room. Mike Legeros photographs.
