Does raleigh no longer require a protection line to be on the ground when an extrication is taking place?

All of our DOI’s are in the process of being rewritten and i can’t remember if there is an active “SOP” in there so i will have to check. For the 12 years I have been there, all active extrications have had a safety line pulled and should in my opinion.
