This design can be used for all three, they note.<\/p>\n<p>The department has already purchased three sites, for the planned stations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4124 Burlington Mills Road\n<ul>\n<li>3.48 acres<\/li>\n<li>Purchased 4\/29\/16<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Fowler Road at Mitchell Mill Road, southwest corner\n<ul>\n<li>5.91 acres<\/li>\n<li>Purchased 6\/25\/2018<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Old Pearce Road, just east of Daniel Road\n<ul>\n<li>9.00 acres<\/li>\n<li>Purchased 10\/15\/2016<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Timeframe for the project(s) to start is two to five years.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>As noted in that\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/legeros.com\/blog\/raleigh-wake-county-fire-station-news-updates\/\">2016 blog post<\/a>,\u00a0Rolesville is the largest single-station fire department in the county, protecting 32.88 square miles with one fire station.<\/p>\n<p>The additional stations are needed to meet the rapid growth in both the municipal and rural areas of their fire district. (In 2016, Realtor.com called Rolesville the seventh fastest growing town in the country.)\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Standard disclaimers apply.
