Another Legeros history chart, this time about the New Bern Fire Department. Created in July 2019, following the release of Daniel Bartholf&#8217;s book, <em>History of Firefighting in New Bern, North Carolina \u2013 Colonial Days to the 21st Century<\/em>. <a href=\"https:\/\/legeros.com\/blog\/new-bern-fire-book\/\">See earlier posting<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>One disclaimer, it&#8217;s a draft version. Will revisit at a later date and create a final version. Also, it&#8217;s primarily about the evolution of the volunteer fire companies, from 1845 to 1917.
