History: Built in 1891-92, one of
Raleigh's earliest and largest mills was constructed in south
Raleigh in close proximity to a Norfolk Southern Railroad
line. In 2001, the mill building was added to the
National Register of Historic Places. In 2003, it
opened for occupancy as condominium space.
