Legends of the Fall (1994)

Director Edward Zwick's western weep-fest is actually pretty tasteful as
far as inflated melodrama goes.  The idea of three brothers in love with
the same woman may make your eyes roll, but the emotions behind the
actions are very real.  Brad Pitt is the best of the somber supporting
cast that includes Aidan Quinn, Anthony Hopkins, Julia Ormond, and Henry
Thomas.  Don't forget your hankies.
