The Englishman Who Went Up a Hill But Came Down a Mountain (1995)

The latest Hugh Grant Romantic Comedy is the charming, low-key story of
a Welsh village that bands together when a passing cartographer (Grant)
informs them that their legendary mountain is 20 feet too short.  Their
plan: lots of dirt.  THE ENGLISHMAN WHO WENT UP A HILL BUT CAME DOWN A
MOUNTAIN benefits from gorgeous scenery, and a strong ensemble cast.
Just don't expect much in the plot development department.

What you see is what you get.
