BRAIN CANDY isn't. The Canadian comedy troupe the Kids in the Hall (David Foley, Bruce McCulloch, Kevin McDonald, Mark McKinney, and Scott Thompson) play 40+ roles in this never-engaging story of a pharmaceutical company that develops a "happy pill." I laughed about, oh, five times. Save your money for the better-reviewed MYSTERY SCIENCE THEATER 3000. Grade: C- Copyright 1996 by Michael J. Legeros
