This Week's URL

This week's URL is http://www.interlog.com/~odin/Gross/, a terrific 
tally of box-office stats.  Chuck Kahn has crunched numbers for 
2400+ films released between 1921 and 1997, with worldwide grosses 
included for 360 of them.  His site is updated weekly *and* has a 
handy keyword search.  As of August 21, the top ten highest-gross-
ing films of all time, worldwide and without adjustments for infla-
tion, were JURASSIC PARK, ID4, STAR WARS, THE LION KING, E.T., FOR-
REST GUMP, THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK, HOME ALONE, TERMINATOR 2, and, 
believe it or not, GHOST...
