6 Days, 7 Nights (1998)

6 DAYS, 7 NIGHTS answers the question of what happens when two 
people who look like movie stars-- both bickering *and* almost 
three decades apart in age-- find themselves stranded on a desert-
ed island.  What, you've heard this one before?  If nothing else, 
the central casting of Han Solo, Ellen's lover, and a cast member 
of "Friends" (David Schwimmer as the guy who loses the girl) makes 
for an interesting pop-culture collision.  And the scenery is gor-
geous, both beaches *and* bods.  (I certainly won't complain that 
Ms. Heche wears a brassiere in all of one scene.)  The rest, how-
ever, is strictly been-there, bantered-that.  Wait for video.
