How many of these groups are there, anyway?  Let's see... the New 
York Film Critics Circle, the Los Angeles Film Critics Association, 
the Boston Society of Film Critics, the Society of Texas Film Crit-
ics, the Broadcast Film Critics Association, the National Society 
of Film Critics (listed below), the mysterious National Board of 
Review, the Online Film Critics Society (also listed below and of 
which I'm a member), and the Society of Non-National Non-Broadcast 
Online Film Critics Circle Association of Raleigh, which I'll be 
forming soon.  Full payment of dues will include a Movie Hell Rat-
