LAWN DOGS is a bit on the slow side. The drama, about the unlikely friendship between a young girl and a lawnmower man, has a nicely sustained undercurrent of dread. You can see the ending coming a mile off, though, which kinda sucks... With Mischa Barton, Sam Rock- well, Kathleen Quinlan, Christopher McDonald, and Bruce McGill. (Not Rated/101 min.)
