Twin Dragons (1999)

Mistaken-identity martial-arts comedy originally released overseas
in 1992, starring Jackie Chan and Jackie Chan, Maggie Cheung (hubba
hubba), and Teddy Robin Kwan.  Cool shipyard mise en scene in next-
to-last action sequence and a kung fu finale that's an expected gas.
The humor's repetitive, however, the tech credits are lame (dubbing,
editing, et al), and there's no blooper reel at end.  The tag team 
of Ringo Lam and Tsui Hark direct.  (Rated "PG-13"/89 min.)
