Unit 4 operates as an all-call air truck, rehab station, and catch-all. I remember driving it… it was always fun to try and get the electrical gremlins to stop messing around.
There was a set of extrication tools on it, but they were moved to Engine 2, which is the first out apparatus on all fire-related calls.

It’s a 1997 International/ROM, purchased from a fire department in Virginia. Air, light, rehab, and former rescue unit.

This use to belong to the Winfield and Community volunteer fire company in carroll county Maryland. The mural is of engine 143 fighting a fire with air 14 lighting it up.
