10/16/06 48 W, 1 I - + 17 - 14 Drink 1

Speaking of Johnston County, there's also this gem that an Elevation firefighter fixed up. Select a drink and the lights and siren go off. Yee-haw! (But be honest, wouldn't you love to have one yourself?) Again courtesy of Lee's photo site.

This would be great, but only as a Pierce or Seagrave…or maybe a Wheeled Coach.

I was with you until “Wheeled Coach”....

Now if we could just get an audio clip…

So… with it being an E-One it must mean that the [ snip ]. Free drinks! “Wheeled Coach”??? nice..

OK…so I am a paramedic…I like the Wheeled Coaches…and the absolute best fire apparatus I have ever operated, driven, and rode on were two Seagraves and one American LaFrance (Odenton, MD E-283 (1989 Seagrave) and E-281 (1969 Seagrave)) and Yrac E-291 (the 1962 Chevrolet/ALF).

Would a fire truck named “Drink 1” have a “waterous” pump?
Jon Olson - 10/17/06 - 22:48

The guy who built that can just about build anything. He built the boxes in the back of smithfield fire chiefs expedtion and smfd car 2s expedition. Very talented man.

Does it dispense PEPS“E-One”? Can you tell I am enjoying this??
Jon Olson - 10/19/06 - 13:07

Maybe a little too much…......
