- Placed in service as Engine 9 around

- Removed from service as Engine 18 on June

- Placed in service as reserve pumper.
- In 2012, some exterior components
were restored by Capt. Tim Duke, for the fire department's centennial
anniversary, for an appearance in the centennial parade.
- Around 2013, it was
retired from reserve service and transferred to the training division.
- Around
the spring of 2014, it was retired from training and moved to the department's
antique fleet.
- In the fall of 2017, ownership was transferred to the Raleigh
Fire Museum.
